Not only did they install our services without any disruption to our business, they were also super responsive and helpful throughout the process. We've had an excellent experience with their staff as well as the quality of our phone service. Would highly recommend!

Phone ServicesI signed up with Epik trough a referral from a friend. I have a construction business that I run out of a small office. They set me up with Internet and phones. The advantage was having their UC1 application, it allows me to communicate with my employees and control the costs. My employees are always working remotely at different job sites, so this solutions has proven to work for my business and my employees!

MightyCall is a Seattle based Business Phone Provider. MightyCall offers many features ideal for businesses of all sizes. As awesome as it may sound, MightyCall service doesn’t require special hardware, there is no bill per user, and the plans all come with the same standard features.
Here is a MightyCall review to introduce you to the Business VoIP services they offer.
MightyCall offers a business phone VoIP option that is appealing for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietorship customers. If you have a virtual phone number, they can port it in at no extra charge, so you don’t have to worry about changing your number. However, there is a waiting period of two weeks for toll-free numbers and from three to four weeks for local numbers to be set up. Every MightyCall plan offers you the choice to use several phone numbers, including toll-free numbers with multiples of each available at no extra charge. You can even choose an easier to remember vanity number at no extra charge.
Another reason our MightyCall review finds it perfect for a small business or sole proprietor is they allow you to use your phone for business and personal use. Their Caller ID feature makes it easy to identify personal and business calls. Their service can be used on any phone, computer, or tablet without a limit to the number of devices you use. If you grow, you can add devices without issue.
Voicemail can be stored and retrieved from dedicated voicemail boxes stored on the MightyCall cloud. Messages are accessed through your account as well as the MightyCall mobile app. Email notifications are sent when a voicemail message is received with a transcribed message and link to the audio file which can be downloaded from the cloud. Your Activity Cue is also stored in your account and backed up on the cloud.
Phone service available globally with some of the lowest rates in the industry.
Businesses, of any size, still live and die by how they communicate with customers. No matter what year it is, talking to them and getting on the phone is still one of the best ways to do that.
That means you need a proper business phone system to prepare your company for just that. Among the literal hundreds of choices you have on the VoIP market, MightyCall will be one of your best bets. Why is that? A lot of the reason has to do with flexibility.
First off, MightyCall pricing is affordable and fair. With per-user systems (which MightyCall is not), it isn’t unheard of to pay nearly $100 a month for an entry-level package. You would spend half of that with MightyCall and get everything a company needs to set up a proper communication funnel.
Worse off, too many VoIP companies make you enter into a long-term contract that’s difficult to break if you don’t like the service. MightyCall doesn’t trap anyone in a yearly contract—we strive to always satisfy our customers precisely because they can leave whenever they want if they choose to.
Our technology is also very flexible; seeing as you don’t need any hardware or installation, it is incredibly easy to get MightyCall up and running. That means a few things; first, you are not tied to your office, as you don’t have expensive wiring setups or an attachment to desk phones that some VoIP companies still insist you use. Second, you and your staff can use any device you want—phones, tablets, or computers. This gives you the opportunity to stay connected even when you’re working remotely or on-site away from the office.
MightyCall tries to strike a balance and walk the middle line of the VoIP world. We know the subject can be complicated and people can have trouble properly utilizing all the available tools. To combat this, we approach the market with a calm and friendly tone and always seek to simplify things for our customers.
There are niche companies out there that tinker with every aspect of every feature known to man, but the systems are inaccessible to most entrepreneurs because they ironically fail to communicate; on the other end of the spectrum are the giant companies, the ones with tv commercials, who try to push everything through factory-style with cookie-cutter explanations and descriptions.
We know that businesses deserve clear, thoughtful, and personal answers for their companies, and strive to deliver those answers without confusing or marginalizing them. After all, if a VoIP company can’t communicate well, why should customers believe their technology will help their own businesses communicate with customers?

How an Internet Phone Number Helps Transform Your Business
It has been said that technologies allow jumping forward. One of those technologies is the internet phone numbers. About sixty years ago President John F. Kennedy uttered his famous phrase “Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future.” This has held true no matter where you look: athletes getting stronger to telecommunication getting faster than ever before. Voice Over IP (or VoIP) has allowed businesses
How To Grow Your Small Business
A virtual phone number is the soil in which the seeds of businesses grow. This has never been truer, more so in an ever digital world. Not that we’d presuppose the important role that a virtual phone number plays in growing businesses is tragically overlooked by many small business owners. Your phone number itself is often overlooked, just seen as some sort of ethereal thing, not even a tool to use- just something that you pay some money for each
The magic of toll-free numbers
When I was a kid my mother used to say “magical, magical, magical, poof” before doing a simple magic trick. As a child, I had no knowledge that you could not literally pull rabbits out of hats, so I was amazed, assuming that “magical, magical, poof” was some sort of whimsical phrase which could actually make magic happen.
As an adult, I, unfortunately, know that I was a bit mistaken -- phrases can’t make magic happen. But with an 855 area
Managing the Small Business Roller Coaster with Call Recording Technology
Running and operating a small business is a lot like riding a rollercoaster. Oftentimes, things start slow: a lot of clicking and clacking as you steadily get higher and higher off of the ground, rising, and then suddenly…BAM. A fall, another rise, twists, and turns; sometimes you might feel ill, and sometimes the chaos may make you feel a little bit dizzy (though admittedly, unlike when riding a roller coaster, you’ll hopefully never end up upside down). Now, all of
Living in a Virtual World: The Benefits of Building Your Business Around a Virtual Phone Number
Paul Krugman, the Nobel Prize-winning economist, famously (or should we say, infamously) declared in 1998 that the internet would have an effect on the world economy which would ultimately be “no greater than a fax machine’s.”
A little over twenty years later, we can safely say this is not the case (and hey, we all make mistakes- even Nobel Prize-winning economists). Since that time, businesses have increasingly transitioned to the digital space.

Toronto Phone Numbers
There are tons of options when getting phone numbers. This was already a fact when the internet was young, but now that we are about a fifth of the way into the twenty-first century, it has become exacerbated by globalization and the slow melting of international borders.
Deciding how to pick what is best for your small business is difficult, especially in a metropolis like Toronto. You have to weigh so many different (and sometimes competing) needs and factors: price, type
Landline vs VoIP
Whether you are starting a brand new business or you are looking at making some changes to a business you have run for a long time, it is never a bad idea to think long and hard about every decision- top-down, bottom-up. One of those decisions which are of particular importance is to decide what sort of telephone system you are going to provide yourself (and therefore your business and your employees) with: a landline telephone, or a VoIP telephone
Why Your Small Business Needs at least Two Phone Numbers
So, you’ve decided to create your own small business. Sitting down for the first time to flesh out what exactly you will need (and figuring out what you won’t be needing) can be a daunting task, once you realize every little thing that you’ll have to start paying attention to. Where to work, how long to work, how to pay for it- all of these are sure to take up plenty of planning sessions.
As a result, it is easy to
Canada VoIP Market Trends 2019-2024
The communications continue to evolve, and as such so does the adoption of VoIP (Voice over IP). It is estimated the market will grow to dominate cloud communications, workforce mobility, and unified telecommunications. By 2025 the VoIP market will hit USD $55 billion with the North American Market getting the lion share of 40%.
How did VoIP get to this point?
On one side you have the traditional Telecom providers, think Rogers or Bell. With predatory contracts and billing practices that defy

Will Mobile VoIP take over?
We all agree that the industry has changed and it is very apparent that a Cloud PBX solution with surrounding services is replacing legacy onsite PBX or stock Business Phones. Aside from this shift in investment, more and more features are being enabled and included in the desktop phone and softphone applications.
Likely before VoIP was a serious conversation at your organization, mobile phones were used in business communications first for key executives, managers, salespersons, and remote
Business Phone Evolution – Part 1
Perhaps you were expecting it, or maybe it was a surprise. Your long time and large Business Phone Service Provider (like Bell, Rogers or Shaw, etc.) notify you that a substantial rate hike on the upcoming contract renewal of your legacy business lines. The reality is that many of the analog voice clients have left their expensive infrastructure. Now the costs are spread across those legacy lines that remain.
