No other like VoipMuch

VoipMuch can't be beat. From Customer Service to Tech support. You have a great company on your side. I had a problem with my desk phone and Devon helped find and fix the issue promptly.
I'm a customer for as long as I can be.

I'm glad we found VoipMuch.

The best Phone Service ever - up North

Due to frequent outages and line issues, along with poor voice quality, we wanted to get away from our local service provider a long time.
VoipMuch was the only one even transferring our local phone number to VoIP. So we changed to VoIpMuch and connected everything through Starlink. Guys - this is a new world of experience. They provide crystal clear voice quality and a superb customer service. IF there is a question (e.g. during setup) they respond fast, competent and friendly and explain in a understandable manner. They even call you to double check things are OK. By far the best phone- and customer service I ever experienced.

Best Telephone company I have used

Like to start by thanking the staff on support. They where competent, Knowledgeable, caring with Compassionate and the best service a customer can ask for. I was treated in an excellent manner. I am partially blind and hard of hearing so I make mistakes, they at customer service helped me with super patience. I am very grateful to have VoIP much. Also they have many services that come in handy, best telephone company to my opinion in Canada. That's where I am. I very highly recommend them.

excellent service

I reported a problem with a message displayed on my phone. The service rep guided me, and when everything we tried failed, he searched on YouTube and found the solution. The problem was with the phone itself, and not at all with Voip Much. I did what he suggested, and the problem was solved. Great job!

Do not have a number to port. Will you provide us a number?

Hello, In general terms, and not knowing the area, they should be able to provide you with a new phone number. You just have to choose the area code. Hope this helps!

I have Rogers VOIP landline. It has a device that connects to the coax cable, on one end and the phone lines in my house on the other side. Does yours do that?

Do you have internet? You would connect your “phone device” to the internet using an ethernet cable.

I think you are wrong Alex. I looked at the single line GRANDSTREAM device. It does not have a connector for co-axial cable. It has one RJ45 and one RJ11. Good thing I looked for details before ordering.

Hello, Yes, all VoIP providers are similar. Rogers also uses VoIP. Hope this helps!

Is it possible to call forward a specific number from Canada to an international landline phone in any country?

Hi, theoretically and technically yes is possible. Though in practice some restrictions may apply, as to prevent spam calls, the rates in some countries may make it prohibitive, and so on.

2016 The Year in Review

It is that magical time of the year when one can look back at the year from the rearview mirror. We started 2016 with a netTALK & Iristel dispute that left thousands of Canadian customers stranded. Then later in the year, the CRTC mandated a skinny TV package,  for $25. In theory, sounds nice, in practicality impact of such a policy is unknown and may be able to measure in a couple of years. CCTS reported Telecom complaints were down
