... your VALUE for services, is bang-on

We don't normally do referrals/reviews, but in your instance we would certainly make an exception...

We changed our typical land-line home phone service, from Bell, to you folks, for not only saving us a few minor $$ every month, but because we were about to embark on a 6-month journey, traveling, and vacationing, for 6 months. Bell Canada, actually wanted to charge us a fee, just for "holding" our phone number, and for about the same $$, with you-folks, we get not only reasonably great actual ongoing phone service, but because we're traveling, we get to bring our home phone with us, as long as we have Wi-Fi available. Nobody would even know were not home.

Over and above that, your soft-phone app, allows us to keep in touch with important friends and family, as if we were never even away! There is always wifi available somewhere, heck, who needs a cell phone?

There were a few very minor glitches, as us "newbies" became accustomed to what voip-phone is all about, but your technical-service team were SOOO patient, understanding and helpful to us.To sum it all up, you guys are awesome, your rates are reasonable (please don't raise them, now that we said that), but most importantly, your VALUE for services, is bang-on.
Please don't change!

called for technical support

I was not able to hear customers. I called for help and the person on the other end knew right away what the issue was and fixed the issue.

Superior Service

As a new customer tp VoIP having switched over from another provider, the human service has been excellent. Today having difficulty configuring my ATA, tech support agent Devon was most professional and efficient with the setup. Some real customer support in our time is a true breath of fresh air. Certainly couldn't be said of our previous provider. Thank you VoIP.

Can I use a Cisco SPA112 as my adapter

As long as your adapter is 'unlocked' then it can be used with any company. If you provide your MAC address and simply enter a URL into a configuration/provisioning field in the SPA112's configurations we can have it updated and configured fairly quickly.

2016 The Year in Review

It is that magical time of the year when one can look back at the year from the rearview mirror. We started 2016 with a netTALK & Iristel dispute that left thousands of Canadian customers stranded. Then later in the year, the CRTC mandated a skinny TV package,  for $25. In theory, sounds nice, in practicality impact of such a policy is unknown and may be able to measure in a couple of years. CCTS reported Telecom complaints were down
