Good, but many broken featuresSubscribed 3 years ago. I have been happy with reliability and price. However the features are not as rich as they appear, and many are missing or broken. There is no white-list, so the call blocking features are useless. Something simple like changing the number of rings to voicemail requires contacting customer service. When I first joined, customer care said "we are almost ready to release a new and better portal". That has not happened. I am now looking for another provider that has a full set of working features.

Hi Nick, Sorry to hear you are not happy. All listed features are working. The Call Blacklist feature is a block by number feature (blocking whichever number you enter). There would not be a whitelist used when blocking is specific to the number. We do not provide a feature to block all and allow specific numbers.
While most features are available from the portal or star codes, there are a couple that are changed by request.

I have Rogers VOIP landline. It has a device that connects to the coax cable, on one end and the phone lines in my house on the other side. Does yours do that?
I think you are wrong Alex. I looked at the single line GRANDSTREAM device. It does not have a connector for co-axial cable. It has one RJ45 and one RJ11. Good thing I looked for details before ordering.
