Review from g2.comWhen my business was affected by Covid, the team and Versature quickly helped me turn off lines we wouldn't be using, and even offered a small discount during the pandemic. They went above and beyond. Thanks. It would be great if we could call a larger area of the province without long-distance charges, however most of our business is right in Toronto.

Seamless transition to VOIPI initially worried when I decided to transition to VOIP but when the day came, it was seamless. There was alot of preparation before to be sure there were no hiccups the day we went live. Since, the tech staff has been remarkable, answering all our "stupid" questions with easy to understand answers. I definitely would recommend Versature. A very professional team!

Does your system work with the Act! CRM software? Also are we able to make calls to Nunavut and NWT?
Hi Shirley, Great questions! Yes, calls can be made to any phone number in each Canadian province and territory, as well as to any international phone numbers. I would recommend the Versature Enterprise or Professional plans, which include unlimited nationwide calling. Versature is currently integrated with Salesforce CRM. We are always working on new integrations and would be open to discussing the possibility of an Act! CRM integration with you. Cast Away on a Deserted Island
Back in 2002 while running my last company, I was trying to evaluate my sales team’s effectiveness. As part of this exercise, I figured it would be easy to get some stats out of the phone system hanging on our wall to ensure that the sales calls were being made. What I found was that it was pretty much impossible to get stats out of the system in any usable way – for all intents and purposes the phone system
Phone Contract Renewals What You Need to Know

On one hand, they can ensure that you and your business are receiving all the promised features from your provider at the best possible price. The Pitfalls of Small-Time VoIP Players
Every now and then some new “business phone VoIP!” provider quickly enters the Canadian telecommunications market and the team here at Gonevoip just cringes. All we can think of are the poor startups and SMBs that are going to fall prey to the promise of low-cost, innovative technology coming from these pop-up shops.
The truth of the matter is that it takes time, experience, industry intelligence, and in-depth technical know-how in order to provide a reliable, enterprise-grade VoIP service. These small, fly-by-night operations are quite
Important Checklist when Selecting VoIP Service
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service has gained popularity in recent years and for good reason. The technology allows for the streamlining of communication avenues while saving businesses and residents money in utilities.
