Terrible, just terrible. This internet has to be by far the worst ISP ever, hands down. It drops in speed on a daily basis, can't load videos, disconnects all the time. Don't make the same mistake I did, you might pay more for Rogers or Bell but you'll get consistent speeds. |

Home phone international coverage cancellationReceived email Dec. 6th, 2019 from Altima Telecom stating that international calling on home phone was no longer available as of Dec.1st. There was no notice given nor was there any mention of refunds available for lack of this service especially in December with the holidays approaching at a time we need to connect with older relatives overseas and in the States. Very poor customer service notification! Merry Christmas Altima! |

Not a serious companyIt has been a month and a half since I paid on line for an internet service. As I called them to know when the technician would come to my place, they let me know that the service I paid for was not available in my area. So I asked for a refund of the paid amount. this is the time I haven;t got it. No response to my latest emails. |
