Reply to:	Altima Telecom It has been a month and a half since I paid on line for an internet service. As I called them to know when the technician would come to my place, they let me know that the service I paid for was not available in my area. So I asked for a refund of the paid amount. this is the time I haven;t got it. No response to my latest emails.
