Ooma, headquarters are in Sunnyvale, California and was established in 2004. Launching its first commercial product in 2009, the Ooma Telo. By 2013 Ooma launched Ooma Office targeted to Small, Medium-size and Enterprise customers. As a VoIP pioneer Ooma’s mission is to provide best in class Enterprise Business Communications Solutions at non-enterprise prices. Ooma is dedicated to empowering customers to connect in smarter ways.

Ooma endeavors to boost their clients' business communications, while reducing the overall business telecom costs. Ooma prides in providing a very gainful and laidback path to the next generation of business VoIP communications.

With an experienced team of communications solutions professionals, Ooma Office offers some of the best custom-built communications services anyone could have.  Ooma understands that an efficient and reliable communications solution is at the heart of any successful business and that every business is unique.  As such, Ooma seeks to understand their clients’ unique business needs during each engagement, and build a right-fit solution each time.  All while offering market’s best plans at affordable price points.

Ooma Office offers on-hold music, call transfer, extension-by-extension dialing, call reports, and the ability to create call routing rules based on defined business hours. One significant feature of Ooma Office is the DECT 6.0 wireless radio built into the Ooma Base Station. One interesting aspect is the offer of a set of devices. The package comes with 2 Ooma Linx devices, these have analog standard RJ-11 ports or you may purchase the base station without Linx if you have no plans to use them. By plugging the Ooma Linx peripherals into any power outlet, customers can connect one analog phone or even cordless phone systems that support multiple phones connecting to that line. Effectively extending the range of the phone solution, may be ideal for hard-to-reach locations.

The culture at work has become mobile and work-at-home settings are for many the default.  Ooma offers the flexibility for each user to connect through an IP deskphone, computer and/or Mobile App, giving Ooma clients and their employees the flexibility to conduct businesses while improving and streamlining customers’ experience.
