Reply to:	Altima Telecom Received email Dec. 6th, 2019 from Altima Telecom stating that international calling on home phone was no longer available as of Dec.1st. There was no notice given nor was there any mention of refunds available for lack of this service especially in December with the holidays approaching at a time we need to connect with older relatives overseas and in the States. Very poor customer service notification! Merry Christmas Altima!
