Reply to:	Altima Telecom Thank you so much Grace at ext 829 you were amazing at making sure that my phone was in working order and stayed on the line with me the whole time unlike the night before that someone transferred me to the tech department and I was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hours before I realize that they had closed for the night and left me waiting, I could of waited the whole night. Thank you Grace for being so caring. I was actually regretting that I switched to Altima, after all your help I was happy that I did make the right choice. Altima should be thrilled that they have you working for them. Thank you Grace If I have any more issues I will call you knowing that you will not leave me hanging .Keep up the supper work
