Live TV FreezesTL/DRInternet Excellent Live TV Meh Internet is excellent, it runs off the Rogers network so whenever Rogers goes down so does their service. Our Live TV has bouts of freezing and has been for months. I've been told their working on fixing it but who knows how long that will take. Very frustrating when you're watching a hockey game and it freezes so much it's 5 minutes behind the live game. TL/DR Internet Excellent Live TV Meh |

The worst internet customer service everSo I signed up for internet in late August. They double charged me on the start up fee. I got my credit card to refund one of the charges. I then set up the modem and router. To quickly realize that my landlord did not provide the adequate cables inside my place to use the internet. Since early Sept I have been trying to reach them to get a refund as I was unable to get cable internet from the start. I have called dozens of times, rarely getting through. I am still waiting for my refund of over $100 dollars. Because I am using a different credit card than I was that they billed me on before (a fraud by a company claiming to be Altima Telecom).. they are telling me that they cannot refund my money to a Debit Visa and are asking me to sign a document that has my old credit card number on it and is billing me for $40.77. They are also asking for government I.d to be scanned and emailed over. This company bs.I've contacted the CCTS and have an open case. Do. Not. GO WITH ALTIMA TELECOM |

Tv, internet& home phoneIn short, internet is fairly stable. Home phone is not very good, dropped calls. The tv streaming is poor. I have been with them over 1 year and since then the tv images freezes, screen goes black, login failure, pretty much every error possible. You get what you pay for. Not worth the haste by no means. |

Hi. I live in Lindsay, On. and am wondering why Gonevoip says you offer 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for $29.99, yet the plan doesn't exist on your website? Is Gonevoip's information incorrect?Hello, The availability of providers' plans is subject to change, and it varies depending on location. Thus we always recommend verifying directly with the provider itself to ensure the plan is indeed available for your home. You may request a free quote and find all available plans for your home address. Sincerely, The GoneVoIP Team |

Best Home Internet in Montreal
In Montreal, as it is for the rest of Canada, finding the best internet service provider (in short ISP Montreal) can prove to be a very difficult task. There are many providers, and the entrenched Providers go on the offensive with saturating the traditional advertising media.
It is possible to find some promotions reducing the price for a few months; making the entry price appealing for Montreal area homeowners. However, when the promo runs out, the inevitable monthly price jack-up comes,

Canada’s Internet Speeds and Prices
Types of internet access providers
Last summer we set out to analyze the status of the home internet connection speeds across the country. We picked fourteen representative major urban centers and analyzed factors such as maximum available download speed, average speed, and average monthly pricing.
This analysis shows some very interesting facts, for example, while Albertans are expected to pay less for gas than, say, Ontarians. However, on average Albertans will be paying some $7 more than Ontarians per month for equivalent internet

Home Internet Services with no price hike
Rogers and Bell are at it. Home Internet prices are set to increase, yes, again. According to sources at Rogers and Bell, the price increase is due to investments in their respective networks. Though possible seems odd price hike is almost in unison. Rogers's price hike is effective March 12th and Bell's will be in April. These always seem to fall around the same time for the past few years.
Typical Rogers's increase is $4 for plans with a download speed of
