Very disappointedContionously had intermittenent internet issues. When I called Altima they fixed the problem momentarily but then it would just come back and I would have to call again. Very poor service, where I felt ignored and frustrated. I've spent hours on the phone with them getting nowhere, I even replaced the modem, cords and router but nothing heped. As soon as my contract is up I am changing providers.

Hi. I live in Lindsay, On. and am wondering why Gonevoip says you offer 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for $29.99, yet the plan doesn't exist on your website? Is Gonevoip's information incorrect?
Hello, The availability of providers' plans is subject to change, and it varies depending on location. Thus we always recommend verifying directly with the provider itself to ensure the plan is indeed available for your home. You may request a free quote and find all available plans for your home address. Sincerely, The GoneVoIP Team

Home Internet Services with no price hike
Rogers and Bell are at it. Home Internet prices are set to increase, yes, again. According to sources at Rogers and Bell, the price increase is due to investments in their respective networks.
