Reply to:	ACN Canada ACI hosted VOIP service is awful. I have long forgot the simplicity of making a phone call and deeply regret switching my Nortel phone system to ACI VOIP. A phone call is not a phone call when the conversation constantly drops words. What junk, what a waste of time. ACI support will drag you on for hours questioning your network as the fault and explaining how you are the only customer reporting any issues (over 20 calls to ACI, countless emails, over 10 hours of wasted time in 2 years complaining). We use other VOIP services such as GOTOMEETING that work flawlessly. You will need to add _pardon me_, _please repeat that_, _sorry_ to every single conversation. Do not even think about switching your phone system to this horrible service, you will not save money and your customers will begin to hate you for being so stupid as to wasting their time for using this mock telephone technology!
