10x Better than Bell!

We had been paying Bell about $40 monthly per line and that was only for "local calls" the team had to pay long distance when calling Toronto area numbers! So VoIP come along and looked like the best option. We have had the occasional issue, in one case we would get a busy tone when dialing a particular local number, that used to work. The support at RingCentral went out of their way to troubleshoot the issue, ultimately was something on their end (call routing something) and they did resolved it. After the incident, and in the spam of a few weeks they called us twice to check to see how things where working. Imagine that, Customer Support that cares! There's also sometimes a sound like a frying pan in the background, but is so rare and it does not affect the communication at all. We truly like the fact now we get our voicemails in our emails too. All in all, we are happy and I do recommend it.

Stability and support

We are using RIngCentral for our primary phone system at the office and home office.
Their infrastructure seems to be very solid, because i never had a problem with our calls, the quality off the line is impressive and we like the phones because they are very simple to use.
I think they are currently a little bit ahead of the competition, because they offer more functionalities as the big Telco names (Bell, ...) for about the same or lower.
A big point is also that their connect with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams and they give a 24/7/365 technical support.
With that, i do recommend this provider for most business in Canada.

Switching to VOip: Will the system work with my present land line phones or do I have to buy new phones?
