Good DealI tried Comwave as our business phone provider for the company and their service was very choppy; the calls dropped a lot. I had a really tough time with their Customer Service, they did not help. Once switched to RingCentral we have had excellent quality, spot on service and never a dropped call. Highly recommended, though your mileage may vary.

Review on serviceWe signed up with RingCentral office services about 2 months ago and so far so good. The reason I am writing a review is mostly due to how impressed I am with them helping us troubleshoot any issues with our phones as well as assisting in network setup. For anyone not familiar with cloud pbx service it is typically managed and troubleshot by the user and not the provider as all equipment on the network is owned by us and is there for our responsibility. Any issues we had where due to network clutter on our end, but RingCentral still offered amazing support and provided us with excellent call capacity and service. We could not be happier with the level of care showed our business. They really make you feel like your company is important. Unlike the big telecom provider we used to have!

Review from consumeraffairs.comI have just started my service with RingCentral and have found that their customer support from sales to questions I had setting up my phone and service has been excellent. I work from home and needed an office phone to conduct work. After asking around and reading several reviews I chose RingCentral. The process has been seamless for the most part, I had 2 minor issues (self imposed) during the set up of my desk phone, but I called customer support and they were quick to respond and took care of my issues. I might add as well that I did not have to go through endless questions with a computer generated problem solver - went right to a person and resolved everything. They resolved my answer message that sent all calls directly to voice mail as well as an issue with my extension not dialing outside numbers.
