Reply to:	VoIP Much Phone Company Over the years we had many VoIP services, we had Rogers, then moved to Vonage which was awful at first then was ok then we moved to talkit and now we are using VoIP Much. Voice quality is very sharp and there is no delay when dialling a number. Also is handy there is a smartphone app, I have it set-up as such whenever someone calls my home phone rings on my mobile as well. Thus is nice you do not get to miss calls. We had to use troubleshoot a couple of issues, but my husband is overall happy with the responsiveness of the team (cant say the same of the other providers though) The one small note to consider is that have to dial 1 for all calls; but I heard that will change. Doesnt matter as I dial from the contacts any-ways but had to update some. All in all, phone service is better than before and are accessible and responsive when and if an issue arises.
