Reply to:	VoIP Much Phone Company I switched from one of the so called major VOIP providers at least 2 years ago. Crap service, and literally non-existent customer service. Sometimes hours in queues and always trouble understanding the techs. (They outsourced C/S to Mexico) And always several calls to get simple problems fixed. Voip Much is a breath of fresh air! Ordering was easy. Support setting up the adapter was there when I needed it and as others have said, you're talking to someone in Ontario that knows what they're doing and fixes any issues with ONE call. No long queues either. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 minutes. Usually less than ONE minute. (Which speaks to the quality of the infrastructure as being very reliable.) It's also one of if not THE most affordable VOIP service available. Shout out to Devon who is always great with Customer service.
