Reply to:	Yak I had the intention of going to the Yak home phone service in early October of 2015. Somewhere along the line, a problem arose with Bell Canada as we were switching at about the same time to Bell for TV and internet service. My phone service with Yak was cancelled as we got connected with Bell for phone service as well as TV and internet. Meantime, unable to get Yak to discontinue service, let alone, stop charging me the monthly phone rate. This has been going on since October 2015 and my messages aren't being answered. How would you feel?
