1. When the service works, it's good. Ensure that you have a mobile phone as a back up - you'll need it. And that goes for ALL VOIP providers.
2. When something happens, the service is a mixed bag of tech support people not knowing their products or how to handle things.
3. When a feature fails to work, it's explained as "we don't guarantee support for that".
4. They don't even know what warranties apply to their own adapter.
5. The connection to sales is good. To support the voice quality is mediocre. Guess why.
