There is a clause written with very small letters, that says if they do not comply with one part of the agreement the customer has the right to transfer the number they came with to another provider for free however after 2 years of not having connected my buzzer to my condo and proving it in several ways they finally let me go.. however they charged for transferring my OWN number out... THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE: they lured me to send back the inefficient equipment I had to have the $50.00 I paid and now they are denying to credit me back that amount. Had to be scammed with 2 years of inefficient service and $100.00 but luckily Im not longer with them!
