Fast internet home phone free 6 months. Sweet deal. The pushy sales rep take for ever to look for the service they can provide in my area. It's all about the sale. It becomes a sweeter deal for comwave. They take are banking info for getting you all set up. I paid $88.08 for the setup this includes activation fee. Set right up. They took money within 5 hours. Sent the email telling me that everything is good just need a fax of my void check for direct withdrawals. Run around wasting gas for a $2.69 fax. Awesome get a text that we are still on track for Feb 11. Well today the 9 magical things happen. That $88.08 they took disappeared and I don't get my money back or the service they told me they could provide for my area. They now have dinosaur internet that they can only provide me. I can't get my money back because that was a activation fee. I don't want your dinosaur internet. I would never of signed a three year contract for that service. I want what I signed for. The bundle 15. If not I want my money. That's a sweet deal you got going pushy sale rep to make that sale quick withdrawal on activation fees not refundable then don't provide what you say you provide. The Supervisor's have no knowledge of the product. They make people waste there day from work to fight against the corruption of your company. One hell of a deal you got going COMWAVE. it's not about the money it's about the principal now.
