Reply to:	IceNet Wireless I been with Icenet going on 3yrs now and only because I have no other choice in providers . I had satellite internet previously and did not work out for us . We were very optimistic at first about Icenet but quickly learned they were only out for the goverment money and not for the interests of the community . This company was funded to provide internet to the community and to date I am the only person that can get a signal to recieve internet . Unreal I'm paying for a 3mbps package and recieve speeds between 0.5 upto 2.2 on a real good day and that rarely happens . I have had many service outages and at times been without a connection upto 3months . It's time for people to speak out a out them because I know other people have similar stories . I am now a week today without service and neither the technician or customer service can telle when it will be restored ...yup almost 3yrs into this and same song and dance from this shady company . In fact the technician asked if I could go fix it myself ...yup I'm paying them for a service that I'm not getting what I'm paying for and was asked if I could go and fix it ! Enough is enough , they clearly do not have the interest of the customer in mind . They have took enough of the hard earned tax payers dollars .
