Reply to:	EyeSurf I have called 3 times this evening regarding the same issue. The wifi is not working. Everything says connected, yet the internet just sits and spins and nothing happens. The technician I spoke with was both rude and condescending! I am paying for a service that I do not receive. I go through this nonsense about every 3 months and that is way more then one should have to. If you pay for a service then a service should be provided and with eyesurf it is not.
