False speed claims, frequent service outages, poor customer service. You'll be hard pressed to use any kind of streaming service with how frequent the outages are. Same goes for any kind of online gaming, regardless where the server you're connected to is. But hey, what can you expect from a monopoly? Overpriced and VASTLY underperforming.
