Have been a very satisfied Internet Customer for 5-6 years. Rare times needed Phone Techs have been good.
They said 'all you can eat' for a great price. And by the amount of my Internet use have had no issues with CIK.
Since CIK piggybacks Shaw here, my outage issues are primarily if not all Shaw.
