Reply to:	Distributel So, I notified Distributel about my Mom passing. Had to call on 4 separate occasions, wait for 2+ total hours, because their customer service is so backed up and likely terrible. They sent a package to return the modem 2 weeks later, and then I received the return package and a notice from a collections agency on the same day, redirected from canada post. The company is completely disjointed, and caused some additional grief, time, and pain in the ass. Honestly, if you have been in business this long, you should have figured out customer service. New leadership is badly needed. The fact that there are very few places to leave a review means they are hiding behind a terrible reputation.
