Reply to:	EBOX (ElectronicBox Inc.) I was an Ebox client for about 1.5 years. Internet service was meh. I use VOIP phones and frequently had trouble getting clear communications. I was able to confirm that up and download speeds went WAY down during high usage times using online speed tests. Only fully appreciated how bad they were when I switched to Bell 8 months ago - no recurrence of this since then. Paid $6 a month for modem for 18 months. Couldn't find the modem after a move. They billed me the full $115 plus tax for it and immediately took my last payment of an unused month for $85. Now they have me in collection for not paying the remaining $30 for a $115 modem that I had already paid $203 for. And they won't allow me to speak with a manager. Would you like to do business with these people?
