Reply to:	TekSavvy Solutions Inc. I had a bad experience recently. I called CSR and guy with not canadian accent picked phone explained everything. Still wifi was not working. Internet was ok. He started telling my router is faulty. I began searching for another router. Fortunately my friend who is in IT came and checked and found user name and password has been changed without my knowledge. He was able to retrieve. Atleast they have to be honest to customers
