Reply to:	Altima Telecom I didn't even get to be a customer and they managed to pi** me off royally. TWICE they charged me for services I didn't receive. TWICE I had to call them to correct it. And I am not even in business with them. Initially, I wanted to get a contract with them. I did a zip code availability check and based on that was offered a FTTN 50 deal that I chose. I was charged 18$ upfront for delivery. Next morning I receive a mail and a call saying they need to cancel the order since only Bell could activate it (then why show it to me?). But the 18$ were charged on my credit card already, so I had to give them a call to get it refunded. I got the money back and after this unpleasant experience went with another provider. I hoped that would be it, but it wasn't. Like 2 or 3 weeks later I get a mail from them saying thank you for a 11$ payment. What the hell for? I called support and he said my credit card was still in their system and on auto payment and apologized. Still not sure what I was billed for since I also didn't see any invoice anywhere that would account for it. That was this morning. He said he would request a refund and delete my credit card from their system. I really hope this is the last I hear from them, but I almost doubt it.
