Reply to:	Altima Telecom Hello Everyone, today I have a phone call with Lenny, one of the customer representative. She listens to my concerns and helps me to get the service that I need and want. She also take her time to find out the food answer for my questions and help me get what I want. She is the best and I hope Altima will keep her because losing this best employees would be a lost to Altima. I really appreciate her service and very professional too.
