Reply to:	Primus I have been a customer since 2009, I have always been satisfied with their services and prices. But over time I have seen the quality of customer service degrade over time. The service was based in Canada with good advisers but for some time they have been subcontracting to Africa and the advisers are very poorly trained. The wait to speak to an advisor is excessively long, on average 1 hour, but often you have to try again because after 1 hour no one picks up. It becomes a nightmare. They are good for giving you a discount to keep you as a customer but on the other hand, you must not have a billing problem or other technical issue to solve
