Reply to:	Primus I have been a customer with Primus since they first offered 1mb dsl. First problem is that Bell seems to hate them, and Primus service runs on Bell wires. Many people think ( this is actually a symptom of mental health decay ) that if your internet service is both crappy and expensive with Bell, it will be both cheaper and less problematic with Primus. Not so. OTOH, my recent experience with Primus, since Bell put Fibe on my street, is that Primus internet is rock solid now that the 1918 wiring Bell had never replaced since the street was built, the 100 year old Bell wire is gone, as is the distribution panel! Had cause to call PRimus tech support recently due to login issues, got a north american rep who tested my line and was both efficient and prompt to answer the call. Ended up buying a new i7 computer, and now the internet is amazing! The issues were on my PC. SO getting my money's worth now. And waiting for FIbe prices to drop!
