Reply to:	Fido Home Phone Let this be a lesson. 2 Years ago I requested from the FIDO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT LINE to upgrade to the non-advertised deal 8GB for $20 from a standard 2 GB plan. After back and forth conversations with the sales rep, they finally offered the deal, confirmed by their manager. Which was not advertised at the time only known via employee discounts depending on the company you worked for. After 1 week of date use, I ended up with a HUGE billing for exceeding date usage, over $2,000. They have no record for me requesting the additional addon. Or refuse to look into the matter. Funny since all FIDO sales/support calls are recorded. They also team up with CBV Collection Services LTD. So let this be a lesson to those planning to get add-on packages with FIDO. BE WARNED. THINK BEFORE GETTING FIDO SERVICES.
