Reply to:	RuralWave Rented for one month to ensure it would work. Once installed and working I purchased the equipment and paid for the install ($300) and signed a 2 year contract. Worked fine for a few months then all bad from there. They came out and said I needed more height as my signal was poor. I specifically instructed them to ensure that the signal would be fine before putting more holes in my roof. They moved the dish to a new location on my roof but didn't add any height and it didn't work. They then came back again and said I needed more height. They told me I'd have to pay for the additional equipment and would require more holes in my roof...it got to the point where they offered to cancel my account and I asked them to buy back the equipment. They refused and I have been without Internet for months. I called and said go ahead an cancel the account and they said they would do me a favor and only charge me half of the remaining 12 months as a penalty... if I let them go ahead with the new installation and it doesn't work, they said I can pay them even more money to install an even higher tower. Even when the Internet was working it didn't work well. Customer service is a joke and Ryan is incredibly rude. He told me he has a supervisor "Dan" and I have asked to speak to him for the last 2 weeks. Today Ryan told me he won't let me speak to his manager Dan. When I asked why he said, "because I said no." When I said I am not paying any more money for a service they have failed to provide he replied by saying they will just send my account to collections STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Complaint to the Commissioner for complaints for telecommunication services to follow
