Vintone so far the best

I have had a few providers in the past. Vintone has been the most reliable, the best rate and the rate has not changed in 10 years. Prompt and courteous service.

Worst internet ever only had for 6 days I've cancelled already

No tech support ,they are rude, no customer satisfaction they take money from your credit card with out permission . Like I said I just paid 2 months in advance and they took another payment 6 days later tell me this is your last month's payment had to call credit card company and get my money returned

Review from Canadianisp.ca

We paid for the $69/month cable 60/10 package and vintone has one of the most reasonable deals for the rogers territory.

They are very stable and reliable with very good connection speeds during peak times.

If you use OpenDNS you may get a bit of odd routing from time to time but if you use their DNS the speeds are always fast.

I_ve never had to call in but their email support is very fast and they actually have a support rep that knows what they are talking about and not one that simply asks you to reboot your modem as the only solution.

Very horrible service. You can expect really terrible customer service and problems that will go unaddressed for months without reimbur ... t. The customer service agent will never let you speak to a manager. AVOID VINTONE!

Review from Canadianisp.ca

I have been with Vintone for a little over a year and it has be been good. They went down 4 days ago here in London and I am at wits end because they are slow to respond. They finally responded today with this email :

Thank you for contacting us.

At this time, there is a master ticket for customers in the London location open with Rogers (since the 3rd), but we do not have an ETA from Rogers for the repair. The reason we are not able to give ETA is because Rogers does not give it to us. With current CRTC guidelines, they are not required to, though we are trying to change that.

We aplogize for the inconvenience and thank you for the patience.

So it sounds like a rogers problem to me, but it suck to be without my interned and home phone for so long.

If you have any questions or need any help, please contact us at service@vintone.ca.

Promo Plan Speeds

Download: 150 Mbps

Upload: 15 Mbps

Vintone is a relatively new contender in the telecommunications world considering they were founded in 2011. Vintone has a long way to go in the future, but right now they seem like a very promising business that provides customers with high-speed internet and quality customer service. Currently, Vintone is only offering cable internet solutions which are a bummer considering DSL or Fibre options are also cherished by many. Nonetheless, the future holds much to reveal and hopefully, Vintone will be able to provide DSL solutions as well.

The headquarters of Vintone can be found at 11, Fairburn Drive, Unit 29, Markham, Ontario, L6G 0A4.

Vintone offers a high-speed internet plan for residential users which boasts download speeds of up to 150 Mbps, and upload speeds of up to 15 Mbps. Vintone offers plans with unlimited usage and it comes with a very competitive price tag, which we find incredible! Let's review now. Vintone divided the plans based on Rogers or Cogeco area so we list the plans accordingly below.

Rogers Serving Area Plans

  • High Speed 75: 75 Mbps Download,  10 Mbps Upload, Unlimited Data @ $58.99 per month
  • High Speed 150: 150 Mbps Download,  15 Mbps Upload, Unlimited Data @ $68.99 per month

Cogeco Serving Area Plans

  • High Speed 60: 60 Mbps Download, 10 Mbps Upload, Unlimited Data @ $62.99 per month
  • High Speed 120: 120 Mbps Download, 10 Mbps Upload, Unlimited Data @ $80.99 per month

The fun doesn’t end with the pricing of their internet plan. Due to the fact that Vintone is offered as a cable plan, there is no need to worry about any dry loop charges or installation fees. The only additional charge we came across was a onetime fee of $65 for activation. The icing on the cake would be that is plan is offered on a non-contractual basis, relieving customers of any doubts or worries about being bound into a termly agreement.

In concluding this Vintone Internet review GoneVoIP finds Vintone is doing a very good job by offering services at such affordable prices. This is what we at GoneVoIP consider to struck gold, to find an independent internet service provider worth of every one of the dollars paid. The need to provide quality service without gouging and probing customers for every extra penny that they can get!
