Reply to:	Vintone Telecommunications I have been with Vintone for a little over a year and it has be been good. They went down 4 days ago here in London and I am at wits end because they are slow to respond. They finally responded today with this email : Thank you for contacting us. At this time, there is a master ticket for customers in the London location open with Rogers (since the 3rd), but we do not have an ETA from Rogers for the repair. The reason we are not able to give ETA is because Rogers does not give it to us. With current CRTC guidelines, they are not required to, though we are trying to change that. We aplogize for the inconvenience and thank you for the patience. So it sounds like a rogers problem to me, but it suck to be without my interned and home phone for so long.
