What they offer

Traverse Telecom Business VoIP's main solution is a Hosted VoIP platform.  All required Call Centre features such as IVR, toll-free, call forwarding to any device, call conferencing, and voice broadcasting is supported. International DIDs from 90 countries can be provisioned by Traverse Telecom for Canadian enterprises.

Three Standard Traverse Telecom VoIP plans range from Pay-as-you-go at .01 cents/minute with 1 USA number, to a 1-2 seat solution at $24.99 monthly, and a 3-8 User Plan at $74.99 /month.  Requirements above eight seats are custom priced.

Fax to Email is supported as well as bulk text messaging throughout Europe for campaigns and reminder services.    A Voice Broadcasting Service will send a pre-recorded message to a list of intended phone numbers worldwide. A Call Centre feature called Click to Call will mask the caller and receiver’s number for anonymity. 

Data Centre hosting services include two standard plans for $100 and $150 USD that will provide up to 16GB Ram, 1+1 TB Raid storage, 20 TB transfer rate. Custom solutions can also be designed and supported by Traverse Telecom.

Unique features

Click to Call, Bulk SMS, predictive dialers, local number additions, call registration, call back functions, and answering machine detection services will allow small Call Centres to contract the facilitation of marketing campaigns across international lines.

The Relationship Manager client portal allows the client to request and make changes to services.
