Review from g2.comNever any issues but when small hiccoughs happen, we can always count on quick and fast resolutions. I can only keep saying that whenever there are a little hiccoughs a little issues with mostly set up there always quick to reach and quick to fix an address the issues. No problems actually more set up complications that are always quickly resolved when we make changes. |

Review from g2.comCustomer services is fantastic and they have been a great help during the pandemic. They answer questions in a timely manner and I have been in contact with people in the organization to assist in providing training material to our users. Our rep at Versature is on the ball when dealing with renewals of our contract and goes the extra mile to make sure that our needs have been met. I took on the admin role a little over a year and a half ago and was expecting a steep learning curve on learning the system, but after about an hour of digging through the system, I was pleasantly surprised to the fact that I had pretty much mastered it so that I could carry on with more pressing tasks. I like that in my time here Versature has not once failed, and I can come in the office and never have to worry about Versature being on my radar. Also their support team has been great, when one of our phones died on use we had a replacement delivered to the office by the next day already configured and ready to go, all I had to do was plug it in and wait until is started up. No admin access to the hardware makes troubleshooting network issues troublesome at times. Other than that there aren't many complaints if any. |
