Virtual Numbers work

Each inPhonex number comes with 5 virtual extensions and each extension can be configured on a different ATA. So what we have is one number with 3 virtual numbers so kids on the house have their own 'landline' yet still tie into our main line. Vast majority of what we do is local calling and some limited long distance (within Canada) quality is always good with the occasional noise - but all things in is a very dependable service. We had multiple times were ALL lines are in use and no issues. We do not want our kids to be plugged with their mobile phones so we prefer this service instead when they need to talk.

Excellent Customer Service

We had Vonage and switched to InPhonex about a year ago due to better pricing options. The call quality is the same; customer service is very courteous, which I have to call often after I switched as their website is not very intuitive; that'll be my only negative.

Good Service for the price

Use their World Unlimited Calling Plan, though I only end up calling family in South America every so often. Sometimes there are break outs in the calls. Don't know if it's InPhonex fault though or my ISP. The big picture is all the features such as Caller ID, Vociemail are all there and the freedom to call without having to bother of using a calling card are a definitive plus. Would recommend to anyone seeking calling freedom and add features on top.
