Absolute garbage service, they didn\'t refund my adapter Absolute garbage service. I don't recommend even bothering switching to G3. I spoke to a rep by the name of Jinky and she told me that they have confirmed that they gave me the wrong address after canceling their service and they told me I couldn't waive the fee due to them being incompetent. Do not and i repeat DO NOT GO with G3 Telecom. They are absolutely terrible.

Costumer service and online chat is worst I am using G3 from last month, i have a monthly account, account stops working a week before my renewal date, and even after renewal its not working . If you ask for password renewal it will take more then an hour to get a link in your email to change your password.

very good 6-13-2019 had this service for many years on the 10th of june 2019 my telephone box stopped working no lights on box at all called the office on wensday and thursday to have service restored really need my home phone medical reasons josephingram323@gmail.com
