I am very sorry you feel this way. When we spoke on the phone I did not feel you had a bad experience speaking with me. We were not able to refund the long distance for a couple of reasons, one reason was because you had not ordered any long distance from us since 2019 and we cannot refund any credits applied as a courtesy. It also does state on our website that long distance funds are non-refundable. If I failed to communicate this with you properly I do apologize and hope this clears things up.
I hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe and get a chance to enjoy the warm weather!
I wish you all the best!

The worst customer support. All the fired call centre agents end up here.Service price and tech are passable. Should still be $59.99 a year but theres capitalism for you. Talk it has always employed the worst support. They are governed by customer service support failures and they whole heartedly employ them. They will argue with you until you hang up. Thats their motto. They know youll just pay at the end of the year anyways to keep your number and not pay $1200 a year to the other guys.

Can\'t get itI'm trying to order it but for some reason they say my billing address is invalid. Considering that no one has problems mailing me bills and that they're not apt to be mailing me an invoice, I don't understand it. Their site doesn't give an email address where you can write to them so I can't even write to them. And yes, my city is on their list of where you can get it.

Hopefully this will be my last update. I got the adapter today, got it all hooked up and it seems to work great. I did have to get help online with the setup because I thought I needed a line filter with DSL but I didn't.

I received a reply from Andrea this morning offering to help but I had finally figured it out myself and ordered it. But it's really nice to know that there are still companies that go out of their way to help you. I was with MJ before and found them very difficult to deal with. This is a refreshing change.
