I cannot recommend highly enough. It took about a year to convince my condo board to allow them to install service in my building. Not only are their prices extremely competitive, but I regularly exceed the advertised speeds of my plan. Customer service are friendly and professional. Next time I move I_m choosing a building that has their service.

Like the other users of Fibrestream, I have nothing but good things to say about them ranging from customer service all the way to the internet service itself. I have only used them for a month but the speeds have been extremely solid and I have not had any disconnects at all since my service started. I used to use Start Communications and their customer service + internet service already extraordinary. My building recently installed Fibrestream and since it was cheaper, I decided to give a try (I had both Start and Fibrestream running at the same time since Start used cable and Fibrestream used DSL). I have never looked back since. Fibrestream matched Start Communications customer service but Fibrestream had the more powerful service for a much cheaper price.

I lived at 170 Lees ave. since 2013. I used Fibrestream as soon as they came into the building. I switched over from Teksavvy.

From the very beginning, the connection was flawless. I remember speaking to a guy downstairs, signed a paper, went upstairs, made a phone call and i had internet. The original subscription was 50/50 unlimited but they changed it to 100/100 at no cost, no obligation.

I moved out as of May 31, 2016. I have had zero problems with the connection, most of my games showed at most 21ms. Shortly before moving out, I called them to disconnect the service (i forgot to call them earlier in the month so I was expecting some kind of penalty) and i was connected to an agent within 2 minutes. The disconnection process was no more than 3 minutes. I told them I need to cancel because i_m moving. SOOOOO painless. They simply said ok, thanks for using Fibrestream and wished me well.

Today, June 6th, I received an email confirming that my service has been disconnected as of May 31st. That was a cherry on top. I dont normally take the time and write these reviews. But everything from the beginning to the end was just so painless and flawless.

I will definitely recommend FibreStream to anybody. I hope they_ll expand to Toronto sometime soon. Im stuck with Bell here :(

I have nothing but positive things to say about FibreStream. Installation was quick and free (promotion), service steady and delivers speeds as promised. Pricing cannot be beat either. It is a true shame that I_m moving to a house where the only fibreoptic network available is Bell_s. Since I refuse to support Bell or Rogers I will not be getting fibreoptic, until of course the CRTC is vindicated by the courts after Bell_s heinous appeal of their 2015 decision that is in the public interest to allow reselling of public fibreoptic networks by smaller companies.

FibreStream has been gaining a lot of acclaim over its very short lifespan having been founded in 2012. FiberStream has gained a lot of positive notoriety providing internet connectivity to Condos in Ottawa and in Toronto. The facts are FiberStream brings simplicity in pricing and top-notch quality of their network. FibreStream also offers a variety of other services ranging from Television, telephone and internet services. Customer testimonials on their website have given us high hopes for their service. FibreStream headquarters can be found at 312 Cooper Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 0G7.

Gonevoip's attention, however, will be focused on reviewing one of FibreStream’s prominent Condo residential internet plans. FibreStream offers a home plan for condo/apartments that have the required network connectivity. The plan is with a gargantuan download speed of upto 500 Mbps and an upload speed of 500 Mbps as well. This plan comes with unlimited bandwidth and is available for a paltry $50.00. Before we go further, we would like to take this moment to say that GoneVoIP accounts as very few plans with such symmetrical high transfer speeds being offered with unlimited usage at such a low price ever before. Rogers offers a 300 Mbps plan with upload speeds of up to 20 Mbps and unlimited usage for $99.99! That is a lot of moola difference in favor of FibreStream! Not only that, but FibreStream goes as far as to not charge any monthly fees for dry loop either! The amount of positive intent being shown from FibreStream is phenomenal; it is no wonder they became so popular, and so quickly! Furthermore, there are no service fees for the installation of FibreStream services.

FibreStream does not probe or gouge to find that extra cent out of a customer’s pocket. They are charging more than reasonable prices for their plans and deserve all of the notoriety they are currently receiving. Their other plans are just as economical considering you can get a plan with 500 Mbps of download speed and 500 Mbps upload speeds at an unlimited bandwidth for only $75.00 per month. The newest FiberStream plan is said to boast gigantic symmetrical speeds of 5000 Mbps, the price is to be announced. In any event, GoneVoIP finds it highly doubtful that these prices such as the one provided by FiberStream can be beaten anytime by the big telecom providers.
