Reply to:	FibreStream I lived at 170 Lees ave. since 2013. I used Fibrestream as soon as they came into the building. I switched over from Teksavvy. From the very beginning, the connection was flawless. I remember speaking to a guy downstairs, signed a paper, went upstairs, made a phone call and i had internet. The original subscription was 50/50 unlimited but they changed it to 100/100 at no cost, no obligation. I moved out as of May 31, 2016. I have had zero problems with the connection, most of my games showed at most 21ms. Shortly before moving out, I called them to disconnect the service (i forgot to call them earlier in the month so I was expecting some kind of penalty) and i was connected to an agent within 2 minutes. The disconnection process was no more than 3 minutes. I told them I need to cancel because i_m moving. SOOOOO painless. They simply said ok, thanks for using Fibrestream and wished me well. Today, June 6th, I received an email confirming that my service has been disconnected as of May 31st. That was a cherry on top. I dont normally take the time and write these reviews. But everything from the beginning to the end was just so painless and flawless. I will definitely recommend FibreStream to anybody. I hope they_ll expand to Toronto sometime soon. Im stuck with Bell here :(
