Lack of effective tech supportInternet service has been cutting out multiple times a day for over a week. Resetting the modem and router did not help and I informed the company that there still was a problem. I heard nothing back from them to keep me informed about what they were doing to resolve the issue. Meanwhile the problem persists. I am disappointed with their support and lack of communication with me. |

so -soI have had the installation for nearly two months and I have had problems with connectivity since day one and problems with internet connection to my desktop computer which I solved myself by installing a second router. When system is working all is OK. |
