so -soI have had the installation for nearly two months and I have had problems with connectivity since day one and problems with internet connection to my desktop computer which I solved myself by installing a second router. When system is working all is OK.

Excellent Service/Excellent PriceI've been with them since January. They have quickly responded to every email or phone call (I upgreded my service) in a cheerful and professional manner. Every person that I have communicated with worked hard to make me happy. I highly recommend Diallog!

They can do so much betterAfter I realized that I wasn't happy with the speed I was getting, I decided to cancel today and Still had to pay for half of a modem, installation, and for the 21 days of service that wasn't able to get streaming a good quality fast internet as advertised on their website. This half fast internet service only work when you hot wire connect the modem to any of your devices, but the wifi does not work properly.
Be aware that if you are not happy with their service, you will not get your money back for installation , modem leasing fees or monthly service.!!!
Also, if you decided to cancel your credit card to avoid any none authorized charges until you get an invoice, you will be experiencing even more charges as punishment.
Customer service was willing to work with me but returning the money wasn't an option.
Customer satisfaction does not apply for this company :(
