They can do so much betterAfter I realized that I wasn't happy with the speed I was getting, I decided to cancel today and Still had to pay for half of a modem, installation, and for the 21 days of service that wasn't able to get streaming a good quality fast internet as advertised on their website. This half fast internet service only work when you hot wire connect the modem to any of your devices, but the wifi does not work properly.
Be aware that if you are not happy with their service, you will not get your money back for installation , modem leasing fees or monthly service.!!!
Also, if you decided to cancel your credit card to avoid any none authorized charges until you get an invoice, you will be experiencing even more charges as punishment.
Customer service was willing to work with me but returning the money wasn't an option.
Customer satisfaction does not apply for this company :(

Patient and UnderstandingWanted to clear up what our first two bills consisted of and got connected with a customer rep named Karan. He was super helpful and patient in explaining the full bill, and made sure we understood there was no hidden charges. The manager also explained the bill will never increase suddenly, something we're glad to hear coming from the expensive plan we had with Bell for the same 50mb/s service.

Super LaggyWhile the VDSL 25 service does at times deliver the full speed, it is extremely laggy.
Regular web pages sometimes take 10+ seconds to load.
Speedtest.net sometimes gives LATENCY ERROR message.
