Patient and Understanding

Wanted to clear up what our first two bills consisted of and got connected with a customer rep named Karan. He was super helpful and patient in explaining the full bill, and made sure we understood there was no hidden charges. The manager also explained the bill will never increase suddenly, something we're glad to hear coming from the expensive plan we had with Bell for the same 50mb/s service.

Super Laggy

While the VDSL 25 service does at times deliver the full speed, it is extremely laggy.

Regular web pages sometimes take 10+ seconds to load.

Speedtest.net sometimes gives LATENCY ERROR message.

Really frustrated.

absolutely the worst ISP in canada

every day our internet is either going down or lagging constantly. this lag is terrible, I'm talking 2000 ping+, making us unable to even browse the web let alone play video games. We called their tech support but you could call billing and it wouldn't matter because seems there are two guys in a ba ... t dealing with customer service. They continue to delay after we ask them to cancel our internet, saying they will call back, etc. By far the worst ISP ever, go with ANYTHING else if you can.

Joined the 50 Mbps service and purchased their preconfigured WiFi modem. Everything worked out smoothly and I am getting the speed I wanted for an unbeatable price. Representatives actively offered help throughout the process and made sure everything was okay.

Overall worst ISP experience I_ve had.

They did not do the follow-up call to confirm the installation of the service as they said they would. They just booked an installation date, along with shipping the modem, without asking me for any form of confirmation first.

Customer service was overall bad. When asked if they re-sell internet, they said no, but they sent a BELL TECHNICIAN to install BELL DSL.

When I contacted them via e-mail, Yvonne did not end up replying to my emails.

When calling in, only half the employees know what they_re doing and give you good service while speaking pleasantly. Others like Wade or Wayne or whatever his name was, did not evoke any such feelings. They were just unhelpful and/or sounded rude and sounded like it was a bother that I even called.

The reliability of the internet was a joke - 2+ hours of dropped service on the first 2 days of having it installed. It also never even reached 50Mbps, max was 40Mbps. DSL speed wasn_t a problem when I was on TekSavvy.

Overall bad company. Bad internet. SOME good employees. Save your money - look elsewhere. CarryTel has been quite good for me for over a year and I_m switching back to them - actually, I never left due to skepticism of Diallog in the first place.

Consider Diallog only offers DSL, which has a maximum download speed of 50 Mbps,  where many others providers with Cable Internet go up to 250 Mbps. Nonetheless, GoneVoIP believes this may be an independent provider to have in consideration. More so if the house cannot get Cable Internet.
