absolutely the worst ISP in canadaevery day our internet is either going down or lagging constantly. this lag is terrible, I'm talking 2000 ping+, making us unable to even browse the web let alone play video games. We called their tech support but you could call billing and it wouldn't matter because seems there are two guys in a ba ... t dealing with customer service. They continue to delay after we ask them to cancel our internet, saying they will call back, etc. By far the worst ISP ever, go with ANYTHING else if you can.

During 2018, in occasion to celebrate their 20th-anniversary Diallog finally launched an offer for Home Internet and Home Phone for residents of Ontario and Quebec. As a premium partner of Canada’s Tier 1 telecommunications providers - Bell, Rogers, Telus, and Allstream - Diallog leverages their world class network to deliver an exceptional telecom experience. Since conception, Diallog focus has always been to provide superior service for the ethnic niche markets all over this beautifully diverse country.
When you sign up for Diallog Home Internet, you get:
- free wifi modem rental
- waived installation fee
- truly unlimited bandwidth
- absolutely no contract
Choose your Home Internet speed:
- 50 Mbps for $39.95 per month
- 25 Mbps for $37.95 per month
- 15 Mbps for $35.95 per month
- 6 Mbps for $29.95 per month
After a solid 20 years of establishing an ever-expanding presence among businesses across Canada, Diallog is excited to expand footprint into residential markets. Though the current plan schedule seems a bit of a timid effort when compared to other providers.
Consider Diallog only offers vDSL, which has a maximum Download speed of 50 Mbps, where many others providers with Cable Internet go up to 250 Mbps. Nonetheless, GoneVoIP believes this could be a provider to keep in consideration. More so if the house cannot get Cable Internet.
