Reply to:	Diallog Telecommunications Wanted to clear up what our first two bills consisted of and got connected with a customer rep named Karan. He was super helpful and patient in explaining the full bill, and made sure we understood there was no hidden charges. The manager also explained the bill will never increase suddenly, something we're glad to hear coming from the expensive plan we had with Bell for the same 50mb/s service.
