Regret changeOn bell fine for yrs. Changed when a door salesperson offered a very good rate for TV, internet and phone. Told us speed would increase, and pic quality will be better. OMG. Neither are true and jve had to unplug modem 4 times to reboot in first 45 days of plan. Horrible decisions to change |

speed is slowe have the 1g download speed internet, and all systems get 200mb and up but somehow everything is still extremely slow. can never play video games at all |

AnnoyedI understand Cogeco has to do maintenance, but some advanced warning is expected when they KNOW service will be going down. They do it with Hydro, they do it with water. If internet is a basic right, then why is it not required for them as well. I won't even get into the other issues with this provider: you can see those for yourself in other reviews. World class? Hardly. |

Cogeco Inc has very historical roots being one of the oldest companies to still be operating in Canada. They were founded back in 1956 and have made great strides in the telecommunications world up till now. Cogeco is headquarter in Montréal, Québec H3B 0B3 Canada. They boast a relative large employee workforce of 5,000 strong.
They offer a variety of services ranging from Television, VoIP, internet solutions and many more! Our focus will be to review the starter residential plan that Cogeco has to offer to see whether or not it is up to par with other service providers!

Cogeco has revamped the plans to appeal to hungry data users. Similar to Other services providers that go out of their way to provide unlimited usage times to customers if they know that they have provided an insufficient bandwidth limit, however, Cogeco sticks to its guns, and offers pretty much the same, albeit a bit of higher sticker price.
