In this review, we will examine Zaplee’s business VOIP services and see how they stack up with GoneVoip’s top business phone providers.

Zaplee is a global cloud-based PBX phone system. Their service is compatible with all phones including Skype, Google Talk, VoIP, SIP, landlines, and mobile phones.

They are actually listed as a computer repair service on their Facebook page which we found odd.

Zaplee has three main options for a business seeking VOIP options: The One-Man Show, The Start-Up, and The Traction. Zaplee offers free tr4ials for all of their products.

The One-Man Show is $10 per month and allows for one extension. Included is one free local phone number for the company, one voicemail box, and unlimited department extensions.

The Start-Up comes in at $30 per month. This plan allows for 2-5 users or extensions. Included is one free local phone number for the company, a voicemail box for each user, a unique extension for each user and unlimited department extensions.

The Traction plan is the priciest at $50 per month. The Traction does allow for 6-10 users or extensions. Included is one free local phone number for the company, a voicemail box for each user, a unique extension for each user and unlimited department extensions.

For any business which requires more than ten extensions, Zaplee also offers the additional Growth option. Each additional user or extension is an additional $5 per month.

Zaplee also offers free inbound calls to Skype and SIP extensions. All other calls are billed on a per-minute basis. Calls in the USA are 2.3 cents per minute across the board (outside of Skype or SIP extensions).

Other offers include an additional local phone number for $10 per month, a toll-free phone number for $7 per month plus a seven cent per-minute charge for calls.

Other features include customizable greetings which include text-to-speech functionality, local and toll-free numbers available, call routing, call forwarding, voicemail-to-email, multi-call capability, ability to screen calls, call reports, data visualization, call recording, call-hold music customization, and automatic distribution of calls to appropriate extensions.

In GoneVoIP's review of Zaplee, we came away impressed across the board. Their service is reasonably priced and packed with multiple features. Furthermore, it is available globally. They also have a good website with clear information and pricing provided. We recommend looking into them.
