Vybe networks was founded back in 2001 and began as a home based operation for internet access. Ever since, they have branched out into the telecommunications world at a brisk pace and are now providing a multitude of services to their clients. Their services include web hosting, marketing, internet services, VoIP access and web design. The important question however is whether or not the specifics plans of these services accommodate the needs of customers not only in terms of quality but in terms of finance as well. The headquarters of Vybe networkds can be found at #203-100 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5C 1S6. Let us now review one of their residential internet plans to grasp a better picture of their level of commitment.

Straight off the bat we noticed a lack of information being provided on the majority of the internet plans that Vybe networks offer on their website. Whether or not these plans are unlimited remains a mystery. The most basic internet plan they offer comes with a price tag of $36.00 per month. This plan has download speeds of up to 6 mbps and upload speeds of up to 1 mbps.  The pricing on this plan is way too expensive in comparison to other providers who offer the same plan with a smaller price tag. Worldine offers an unlimited internet plan for only $29.95, while TekSavvy offers a 7 mbps plan with a cap of 150 GBs per month for only $27.00 per month. The differene in these prices is much too high to ignore and Vybe networks definitely needs to rework the pricing on their plans to better accommodate their clientele.

Vybe networks offers no information on the setup costs, or monthly costs for the implementation of a dry loop. Not providing this information can lead customers to catch a surprise when they have to learn of these fees for the first time. Furthermore static IPs cost the customer an extra $5.00 per month. Perhaps the only good thing about Vybe networks internet service is the fact that they allow their customers to use their own modems.

Vybe Networks pricing is certainly off by a lot when compared to other providers. Furthermore the lack of essential information on their website is very disappointing considering that Vybe Networks is trying to sell their product without offering all of the information. To make themselves more feasible to customers, Vybe Networks needs to look over these specific issues and resolve them to paint a better picture of their service.
