Vybe Network Reviews and Plans

Vybe networks were founded back in 2001 and began as a home-based operation for internet access. Ever since they have branched out into the telecommunications world at a brisk pace and are now providing a multitude of services to their clients. Their services include web hosting, marketing, internet services, VoIP access, and web design. The important question, however, is whether or not the specifics plans of these services accommodate the needs of customers not only in terms of quality but in terms of finance as well. Let us now review one of their flagship VoIP plans to gauge their commitment to their clients.

Vybe networks offer a basic residential Home Phone plan which is offered for local use and costs a total of $15.00 per month. This plan allows for only 500 outgoing minutes within their own network, and unlimited incoming calls. This level of restriction is almost unheard of, and there are many other providers that offer better services for a fraction of the cost. For example, Yak offers a basic residential local plan which allows for 300 outgoing minutes anywhere in North America for only $4.75 per month!

Furthermore, Phone Power offers an unlimited North America wide plan for only $5.99 per month. Whether or not Vybe networks offer this plan on a contractual basis is unknown, as they made no mention of it.

Vybe networks charge users $15.00 per month to attain fax services. Many providers offer this service inclusive to their plans, but Vybe networks don’t choose to do so. Furthermore, Vybe networks fail to provide a comprehensive list of their international rates, and only mention the rates for Canada (2.5 cents per minute) and the U.S (3.5 cents per minute).

Vybe networks also make no mention of whether or not this plan comes with any sort of calling features or not. The lack of any real information about their services is very disappointing. Vybe networks also do not offer any unlimited peak time offers to their customers. The lack of flexibility in their plans makes it very hard for us to grant them any real credibility.

Vybe networks need to take their plans back to the storyboards and restructure everything from the ground up. The pricing n these plans are too high to be given any real consideration, especially if they are compared with other prominent VoIP providers.
