VoxCentral is a telecommunications provider based out of British Colombia, Canada. VoxCentral offers both residential and business VOIP services.

The company states that they provide high-quality, affordable and full featured IP telephone service to individuals and businesses in Canada.

In our review of VoxCentral, we will examine their home VOIP service and see how it stacks up versus GoneVoip.ca’s top residential VOIP providers.

Their platform included numerous features such as unified voicemail, web-calls, follow-me, online call records and call blocking. Upon signing up you gain access to their control panel which is called VoxPanel™ and trademarked for some reason.

As with many of these VOIP companies, their websites are light on much information. But with VoxCentral, it is to an extreme. There is no mention of cost anywhere on the website which is exceptionally unusual.

They have no social media channels and nobody answers the phone when you call. It is very hard to gauge whether this company has any real value for the consumer if we cannot determine what type of plans they have or the cost of the plans.

What then does the website mention? There is mention of the ‘VoxCentral Advantage’. Apparently, it that VoxCentral provides high quality home and business service nationwide.

Included with that are hassle-free control, meaning you don’t have to install complicated equipment or if you are a business, you do not need to dedicate a whole department towards managing your communications.

They also mention that their service is truly a plug-n-play system and all the VOIP technologies are remotely managed by VoxCentral providing end-to-end support. Finally, VoxCentral provides scalability.

What is interesting that though there is no cost or price anywhere on the website, but what is listed is that they do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. It provides the first hint of what type of costs we can expect from signing up.

The guarantee itself basically states that if you are unhappy with the service for any reason during the first 30 days you can get a refund on equipment and activation fees.

This tells us that whatever the monthly cost is, it also includes costs for activation and equipment.

In our review of VoxCentral, we unequivocally cannot recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance until this company becomes transparent in their fee and program structure.

With no real information on their website and a whole bunch of fluff instead, we have no idea whether this company has spectacular deals or the most expensive residential VOIP plan. We would love for the company to update their website with the options available for consumers or to contact us directly with the information. Until then, go with any of the other options available and avoid this company at all costs.
