Doesnt tell the truthI was interested in the free service and when to the website to check it out and its not free. Its only 2 months free. When I saw the actual charges were going to charge me right away I decided against it. Read before you purchase is always something good I learned |

Changed to VoIPlyMoved from Phone Power to VoIply since PP service was getting expensive. The switch-over was smooth and relatively fast. What is best we can now talk to family overseas without having to worry about any added costs. Simply pays for itself.We signed on with VoIPLy 1 year ago when we first started monkeying around with using VoIP instead of POTS for our home phone.We paid about $90 for all at once. That was ALL we paid for 1 year of telephone service (the international long distance is really needed with our family overseas, thru the years that cost has been a fortune!). We are still using this service today. Free international calling, along with most major urban centers in Canada and the USA means you won't be using needing extra long distance minutes as often as you would think. Some features are available through their web interface - "follow me" settings allow you to set a behavior (always forward calls to another number, forward when busy, forward after X rings). We've come to rely on Voip.ms for our business and perhaps a more "feature-rich" service for our second line, but our VoIPLy line has been without question the most reliable and economical option. |

Review from voipreview.orgmy.voiply.com's database is not friendly to use, however, teach support was great helper. The help center in the my.voiply.com is good but the order of topic's helps are not logically easy to understand from step 1 to futher steps. There are some videos, but I wish if the service has a flowchart of overall how an incoming call goes thru the system with side by side pictures supporting the flowchart. Other, the online 1hr support is convinient but seeming not enough time to cover everything. Chat on screen is great help. I'm a new customer. I'm still not yet experiencing enough of all the good services of voiply, but I hope that I will expeerience more good of the service from voiply.com in the future. |
