Voip.com is part of the BroadVoice and Phone Power family. The Business Solutions for Cloud PBX and Hosted PBX are now offered thru BroadVoice in itself.
VoIP.com offers a small business needing 1 or 2 telephone lines. This plan brings tons of features. Such as Caller ID, Voicemail to Email, Fax to Email and integration to the smartphone. It also supports BYOD with a large list of supported ATAs. For all these the month to month cost is $19.95 or if paid annually is $16.95 a month or if paid for a two-year term is $14.95 per month.
In all, if looking for a business phone solution, if you need a Cloud Phone System then RingCentral is a better option. If it is a smaller requirement, then you could get away with Phone Power, which is from the same company and it is significantly cheaper.
