Vodalink is a telecommunications provider based out of Montreal. Vodalink was founded on February 10, 2004. Originally a VOIP provider, Vodalink has expanded to providing internet and television services, as well as other products such as apps through the brand name Ringo. Vodalink serves regions of Quebec.

For this review, Gonevoip will be concentrating on their internet service and seeing how it stacks up with our top three internet service providers in terms of price, speed and overall service..

Vodalink offers both DSL internet and fiber to the node plans. All three plans offer unlimited data usage and all come with a $100 installation fee.

Please note that if you move after you sign up, you will have to pay $100 again.

Vodalink offers one DSL plan, named the 'Interent ADSL6 Plan' is currently advertised at $39.95 per month (before taxes), reduced from the normal regular price of $49.95.

The ADSL6 plan comes with download speeds of up to 6 MBPS and upload speeds of up to 1 MBPS. The modem is listed as $160 to purchase or available to be rented at $6.50 per month.

Vodalink has two fiber to the node plans. The first one is called the 'Internet FTTN7 Plan'. It offers download speeds of up to 7 MBPS and upload speeds of up to 1 MBPS.

Regularly priced at $49.95, the Internet FTTN7 plan is being offered at $39.95. The modem rental is also priced at $160 to purchase or available to rent for $6.50 per month.

Finally, Vodalink offers the 'Basic Unlimited FTTN10 Plan'. It offers download speeds of 10 MBPS and upload speeds of 1 MBPS. Normally priced at $60 per month, it is currently being advertised at $55 per month.

The modem rental is include in this price - and is the only plan with the modem rental included in Codalink's set of internet service plans.

In our review of Vodalink, we are neither overly impressed nor greatly disappointed with any of their plans. All of them offer what is a pretty standard rate and fee for internet service. They are far from the best options available but there are definitely worse options out there. If you live in the province of Quebec, then you should compare these plans with other companies in the area. But the bottom line is you will get a better price and better speeds by looking into Gonevoip's top three internet service providers.
