Verv Tel is a telecommunications provider that specializes in providing PBX solutions to small businesses, large enterprises and even calls centers. They are a fairly new competitor in the telecom industry and manage to bring a lot to the table.

Verv Tel’s headquarters are located at First Canadian Place 100 King Street West, Suite 5700 Toronto, ON M5X 1C7 Canada. Verv Tel was founded in 2014, and regardless of that fact they have managed to bring about interesting services, and packages that are marketed towards business owners. 

Verv Tel’s enterprise Cloud PBX package includes three different options that pertain directly to the number of users. The enterprise Cloud PBX package offered to 100 plus users costs $25 a month and includes a long list of features that are useful for any business owner. Upon comparing the price of this package to another service provider called RingCentral which offers its business solution for $25 a month as well we discovered that Verv Tel offers a rather reasonable price. 

This package includes unlimited calling in North America while allowing you to keep your existing number! However, upon reviewing the fair usage policy we discovered that three territories of Canada; Nunavut, Yukon, and North West territory are not included in this deal. Furthermore, a few American states have been excluded from this service; Alaska and Hawaii. Upon further reviewing Verv Tel’s policies we came across the Service Quality policy. This policy exclaims that no guarantee of quality service can be given without the client opting into a SMART CONNECT internet subscription, which is also provided by Verv Tel.

To our dismay, we discovered that Verv Tel offers no Smart app or integration. This generally can turn out to be a great handicap for small businesses. Especially for those who have employees that are constantly on the move and need remain in contact with their team or company at all times. 

We also noticed that within this package fax to email, and voice to email are offered as features that do not require an add-on. This is unique in comparison to other service providers who expect an extra fee for these specific features. 

The fact Verv Tel is a relatively new company in the telecom business shows us that they have moved along at a very fast pace and this is something that clients are interested in. The progress that Verv Tel is made is proof enough of their creditable service. However, it is rather disappointing that quality service can only be ensured to clients through a subscription with Verv Tel’s SMARCONNECT internet service.

Apart from that Verv Tel is a go-to provider for business owners looking for a provider that can fit all of their needs!
